Just in time for summer employment the Literacy Group is offering FREE Customer Service Excellence classes in-person at our Cambridge office at 40 Ainslie Street South across from the bus terminal.    

Classes begin Thursday, May 8th and run weekly until May 22nd from 9AM to 3PM.  

In just 3 weeks, you will learn essential customer service skills needed in today's workplace.
